Day 8 - The Girl

In my continued effort to try out the lighting in different rooms in my home, this is The Girl in our entryway. We have pale-gold paint on the walls, so it gives a sort of golden cast which is kind of nice I think. We have a huge window/glassdoor unit here which is great for light, but the space is very small so only works for ind. head shots.

What a sweet girl! And I love that wall behind her, it almost looks like bricks, but not quite. I can't figure it out.

Hmmm...I have a brick wall/fireplace. I'll have to try to use it. Thanks for the idea. This one looks good. I would definitely use this area more often for tight crops. :-)

Great capture! It's hard to get them to stay focused and look at the camera sometimes.
